I'm planning to go extend my visa on july 1st but i noticed on the 'thai holidays calendar' it is marked as a 'bank holiday'.

my guess is that since it's not a national holiday it shouldn't have any effect on opening hours of immigration,correct?

Maybe pop along to them this morning and ask them? Far better than asking here as they will know.

It is mid year audit for banks and has no effect on other businesses, government or private being open. Main bank branches will be closed but satellite branches such as in malls and atms will be operational. In other words, immigration will be open as normal. Only effect may be those who need to get a bank letter for retirement extensions that day.
