Gonsalviz
My daughter (29) is half Thai from her mother. Is she still able to get citizenship from her birth certificate stating her mother is Thai. Mother recently passed away. On a secondary note, she has 2 daughters. Once she has her citizenship, could they not apply for citizenship based on their mother being Thai? ubonjoe
She is a Thai citizen from birth. All she needs is proof of it by having a Thai birth certificate. If she does not have one now it would have to be applied for at the Thai embassy where she was born. He children are also Thai citizens.
