We live in Saudi. Planning to go to the UK next April for one month. Wife wants to take her mum as well if possible.

Anyone got a visit visa for MIL before.

Wife's second time in the UK. Kids dual nationality.

She needs to apply online and then attend her local UK visa application centre to submit documents and have her biometrics taken.

I assume she lives in Thailand, so see the UK visa application centre for where (Bangkok or Chiang Mai) and how to do this.

If she is legally resident, but not just visiting you, in Saudi she can do this there.

My mother in law is dead, so she's never applied!

But my sister in law has successfully applied twice before and will be doing so again in October.
