So following the case of the man who sold cannabis legally in his home country and was subsequently gaoled for spending his legal earnings here, can we expect another 103 year sentence for this man?

Just how does one leave NZ when in the middle of a company liquidation proceedings ,is anyone's guess, it would be similar to OZ , your name would crop up on a special debtors immigration list , you also would have to have permission to leave the country , Still , Amazing Thailand , attracts them all....................................coffee1.gif .

Customs are not always notified or he could of got permission for a short holiday. The threat of criminal charges are the main deterrant for not coming back, obviously he will have to watch his step to avoid being deported back to NZ to face the music

Dude looks a lot older than 42 (his apparent age) in the photo included in the linked Independent article. Guess there may be some unanticipated side-effects to these synthetics...

Too many pictures of this narcissist.

This piece of Kiwi detritus will have fun relocating in Thailand or maybe he has a rich Thai bimbo.

My thoughts too BP, he must be insane (or maybe doesn't read the TV posts). 103 years for something that didn't actually happen back in his home country... Harsh, not to mention outrageous

Dont understand why guys come to hide in Thailand when Thailand will deport them if asked. Why dont they go somewhere else if on the run that you wont get deported if asked. Maybe they are just stupid and think they can always pay there way out.

So are synthetic highs legal in Thailand? Anybody know? Presumably this guy has some money and isn't living off fresh air. I'd get out quick if I were him.
