Are there any specific shops that sells specially designed apparels for us gays? I do wish to have something that could express myself as who i am, what i am openly. To have our own style of clothing that defines us. :o

Not sure if it's what you're looking for but you may want to check out Dsquared2

http://www.dsquared2.com/

See if it floats your boat

It's two brothers from new york who design.

Central in Phuket has an outlet by them, they may also have one in BKK.

It sounds like a T-shirt with 'I AM GAY' written across the front and back would probably satisfy the OP's criteria....

peach beret, pink muscle top, crotchless dayglow pink speedos, leather chaps and a feather boa should do it :D

Ask Doleboy where he gets his clothes for his "special" nights :o

My wife bought me a t shirt from a mall in Silom,* ....the camp one next to Saladaeng BTS where Thai blokes with bad skin hang around the escalators and smile at you and say 'yoohoo' if you catch their eye/

*Its a specialist gay clothes shop.

The t shirt sez "I AM HIV NEGATIVE"

I think its funny, (and accurate). However wearing it on Lamai Beach on Ko Samui resulted in grumbles from elderly farang women.

apart from what has been mentioned I suppose the brand Domon is very gay. not necessarily good taste gay though

I saw a few years ago a Thai boy with this text on his T-shirt: "I'm not gay, my boyfriend is!"

I've tried to find it eversince, but no result!!

Someone any ideas?

I bought that t-shirt from a street vendor in Pattaya in March 2003, and gave it to my boyfriend. He seldom wears it, though.

Yes, a t-shirt is usually bad fashion style, anyway. Muscle shirts (no sleeves) look good on fit bodies, though.

Of course, nobody needs to walk around with some fashion that screams "I'm 100% heterosexual male who longs to penetrate female cavities!" or vice versa.

All clothing, however, is just what the military calls "uniform of the day" to identify which group you claim membership in. Three piece pin striped suit, black laced shoes - executive. Bikini at the beach - swimmer or sunbather. Fanny pack and water bottle, huge backpack, shades, and a new sunburn - farang tourist. Black leather jacket - motorcyclist. Etc.

I like to wear green tights. Oh no, that's the real Peter Pan. Then again, there is no real Peter Pan. Oh, well. I'm off to the swimming pool.

Hard to tell if this denotes a lack of class, brains or both. :o

What sort of speedos are you wearing? :o

Show us please...

Speedos, always speedos for serious swimmers. No photos; sorry. But I used to swim between Mexico and Guatemala wearing red, white and blue, stars and stripes, bikini. I figured that if I drowned, they'd know which country's embassy to notify.

there are clothes that look gay and those that are GGGAAYYYY. and the latter type of clothes are faggy in an unfabulous way.

i tend to avoid them gay clothes shops in thailand like domon and their ilk cos the clothes are HIDEOUS. animal prints, sequins, faux leather, fishnets. ick. they look like rejects from daffyd's closet.

now don't get me wrong. i have my fair share of really REALLY tight tops but they are usually solid coloured. love wearing them really tiny tanktops that end just around the bellybutton with really loose jeans for a night of partying, with tits hanging out and a peekaboo happy trail. friends say that i look like a prostitute when i go out partying! and as wot ive said before, ive been mistaken for a gogoboy many MANY times...and since i have tanned skin...well!!! hahah!

i get partyboy clothes from partyboy shops in anywhere but bkk. them bkk ones are too over the top, even for me.

and for workwear, i love zara slimfit shirts. mmmmmmmm. they look and feel so good. and they're affordable!

Dear Sweetmasak

I am gay too and I certainly don't want to dress the same way as every other gay man. So please don't include me (or anyone else?) in your definition of 'us gays'. Wear want you want to wear. Don't be a soldier or a clone!

Enjoy being gay. "Clothes don't make the man." Cheers.
