A quick check on whois shows the website is operated by a Swedish national, and in use since 2001, so at least they are no new on the market!

Business Mission Asia is the official name of the company bizxchange.

Ive dealt with them before when looking for a resort to buy and they were excellent, far exceeding the service offered by their competitors in this country.

I havent however used them for business admin tasks such as those that you mention, however i wouldnt hesitate doing so based on my last experience.

The Swedish owner however is not a visible owner from what i saw. I dealt with a very knowledgable American, and when i say he was knowledgable i speak with a lot of experience in this department!
