AIS shop in Pattaya/Jomtien (not TeleWiz)?

Featured Replies

I'm going to be in Jomtien next week, and I'm in the middle of a long, drawn-out MNP process that will spill over into next week. I'd like to be able to go to a bona fide AIS shop. Where are they?

I had long had the belief that TeleWiz were, in fact, real AIS shops, but they are not, apparently.

(Attention moderators: I meant to post this in the Pattaya section. Can you please move it?)

I have always had much better luck dealing with the call center... they can do it all for you and they accept email.

Yup, AIS shop in Central Plaza, bottom floor Beach Road side, is very helpful. Been there a couple times. First was when I couldn't get my Windows mobile phone connected. Call center couldn't help. One of the girls there couldn't help either, took one of their smart tech dudes to figure it out. Also, I lost my sim card when back in the U.S. AIS Central hooked me up with a new one no charge.

Thanks. Central Festival it is! I probably wouldn't have realized it's in the basement.

Good to know. I just tried to purchase an iPhone SE with the advertised discount by calling the call center. They said I had to go to an AIS shop. Imagine that. whistling.gif
