Gonsalviz Posted July 13, 2016 Share Posted July 13, 2016 We have decided on a divorce. She went to the US 3 years ago, works and stays there except for a return one time a year. All is on the up and up. We have agreed on how things will be divided. She comes out way ahead. I stay in Thailand based on marriage extentions.. I am wondering if there is a way to complete a divorce without her being in the country. I would not expect her return until 1 year from now, give or take.
