90 Day Report On-Line Problem

Featured Replies

I filled in the online 90 day report a week ago and since then I've been unable to get back to the web site to find out if it has been approved. I thought that since it was a long holiday they shut down their computers but when trying to access the site again today, I get nothing. Has anyone been successful in getting to the 90 day report web site?

Just went on the site and was able to open the check status page. I was able to go on the site yesterday also.

What problem are you having?

Are you using the same browser you used when you did the application?

Checked my status this morning, 'approved' printed the report off and the next report date.

Does anyone know what browsers are compatible with the site?

Of course Internet Explorer is comparable. You can use Chrome or Firefox with the IE Tab extension installed (www.ietab.net).

With Safari you can use a user agent for IE that can be selected on the development menu.

I entered data on Monday 18 (holiday, site up) and now wait for approval (will probably call them tomorrow at Khon Kaen office).

The site as such worked on Monday and worked right now.

So the OP has a technical problem/change obviously.

My problem with accessing the web site is my own damn fault. When I had filled out the information and submitted it, I "bookmarked" that address to return to later to check the status. MY MISTAKE. I should have gone back to the address that I originally used to initiate the request. After several responses that indicated I might have an issue I went back to the original web site address and viola..............my status is noted as "Approved".

Thanks to everyone who took the time to respond to my request for help.

I have tried Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Cyberfox. Always managed to get to the point were you verify you are a person then nothing

Edge will not work. You have click on the 3 dots for settings and select IE. Unless you have installed IE tab on Chrome or Firefox it will not work.

So after you enter the captcha and see Verified you click submit and then get a blank page or do you get a message to contact your local office.

Sounds like a popup blocker prevents getting to the next page.
