How many forums are sponsors allows to spam in a day?

Featured Replies

Is there a limit on the number of forums upon which a sponsor can post their self promotions? Can they post on all of them? With one sponsor it's really getting rather tedious. I really don't want to be bothered about a free offer of a small pack of sausages if I spend a fortune on their overpriced produce more than once.

It depends upon what the sponsor pays for. Some can only post on one forum.

The one I think you are writing about can post on all local forums.

Unless you frequent several local forums I can't see what the problem is.

Sponsors pay for the right to promote their business.

No problem in that.

Believe the issue is it takes over the recent topics column - just as news type postings do - making it less than useful for quick look for what interests you (which is what is really should provide).

I am guessing you could use the ignore button. It is a sponsor and not a mod so I don't see why not? You don't seem interested in the products anyway so I don't see what it would harm.

All local forums, plus "Western Food in Thailand" and "General Topics".

Is there anyway to block all postings from a specific user?

Hover over the users name or avatar and click on ignore, that should do the trick.
