Malaysian Man Mobbed and Robbed by Six Ladyboys

PATTAYA: -- At 1.30am, on the morning of July 23, Mr Teo Poh Yong, Malaysian tourist, made a statement at Pattaya’s Police Station to report he had met with a group of ladyboys, who befriended him on the WeChat App. He complained that whilst they were at the Baron Beach Hotel, Beach Road, Soi 9, Pattaya they had shot him with a Taser Gun and then robbed him of 18,000 baht. This crime was not reported to the media.

However, at 10.30am on the morning of July 25 Commander of Chonburi Provincial Police announced the arrest of Mr Napatcha (aka Bee) Chonthanathisa, 32 yrs, Mr Napat (aka Tae) Pakdeekam, 28 yrs, Mr Woranissa (aka Jane) Pansuree, 20 yrs, Ms Suksakorn Kowpanya (Laos), 22 yrs, Mr Singdala (aka Beau) Wonsuwan (Laos), 28 yrs and Mr Boonthanom (Aka Nong) Lintakan (Laos), 28 yrs.

They have all denied the allegations. Instead they claim that Mr Boonthanom (Nong) had met the victim on the WeChat App and made arrangements to meet at the hotel for two-hours and have drinks in exchange for an agreed 18,000 baht.

They said the victim then had a problem paying his hotel bill and they had ‘no idea why he did not tell Mr Boonthanom at the time,’ but they all decided to go the police station and report it.

Understood but I would eat the $600 loss rather than have every google search performed on my name come up with this sordid affair for the remainder of my life.

I never heard of robbers using a tasergun before, it's about as low as they can go.

But since these are the Pattaya beachroad ladyboys they sure will get away with it....Oh and yes, Thailand needs more rich tourists! Fat ones from Germany so you can't miss them with the taser.

But if you wear a bulletproof vest in an airplane they put you in jail...

Business must be bad for the lady boys, they seem to be involved in a lot of crime eg grabbing gold necklaces, bags and like the above story. Maybe they should seek another profession.

Pol Col Amphol said the police department would treat both parties fairly and the accused needed to provide the proof that the allegation is false.

Someone needs to tell Colonel Amphol that this isn't how things work. Burden of proof lies with the accusation, not the defense.

Many of these incidents fall directly on the victim.........YES i said it. These men are buffons.

I am just guessing like everyone here but the truth proably is somewhere between the two opposing stories.

The Malay enjoyed the comapny of a LB and then tried to avoid paying. He called his friends and they evened the score...and then some in typical Thai fashion. Whether its LBs ot Tuk-Tuk drivers, once the aggression has started then there is no restraint or fairness.

From the constant headlines only a fool would choose the services of a LB. Their brains were not well balanced to begin with and then add a hormone cocktail on top of it...its pouring gasoline on a fire.

not all farangs are 80-100kgs,, and 6 Ladyboys at 60 kg each make up to 360 kg's with 12 fists and knees to hit and kick you with,,, so that's fair ???

Fairness is a Western concept.

Good rule of thumb: Avoid ladyboys and avoid taking tuk-tuks because the odds are agsinst a positive outcome.

I think your dead right,, most put it down to experience and (hopefully) lean from their mistakes...
