Take her to the vehicle and licencing cente in Phuket town, you will need to be there in time for her to fill in the required forms and join the morning class of potential motorbike lunatics who are subjected to a short video of how to drive badly on Thai roads, assuming she obtains the required amount of correct answers from what used to be a twenty questions exam she will be asked to demonstrtae her riding skils to the instructer on the outside cicuit.
