Personal Info Questionnaire at CW

I don't know if this has already been discussed but a friend renewing his Retirement Extension at Chang Wattana yesterday was required to fill out the extensive questionnaire asking personal details.

He also mentioned that he had to wait an unusually long time as they first processed persons who had paid for "Expedited Services" I've never heard of that before at CW.

Never heard about "Expedited service" unless it is a under the table service for fast track.
