louse1953 Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 G'day members.I have tried resetting Google and Mozilla all to no avail.Have tried a free Malware program but no good either.I can't even find it to delete it.Any ideas.Do i have to bite the bullet and buy a pro Malware program and try that.If so which one do you guys/gals recommend.Thanks in advance. I am not sure i can tell you any more.You can see the word problem is highlighted,this will take you to a product of some sort.Also a window pops up all the time with writing on it saying "Ad by Provider."This takes you to the usual crap.I googled it,and it is a known virus.I followed the instructions on how to get rid of it,but no good so far.What info do you want.
