Skyline
Baz, Depends on the quality of the materials for the retrim. Figure around 15k for the trim/carpets. Seats 20k not sure of the quality though. Respray=30-60k 1JZ Toyota engine=50k 2JZ Toyota engine=up to 120k (Supra) The respray cost will depend on how much prep the body needs.Be sure the paint shop uses a good quality 2K paint such as Glasurit. If the car is going to be painted a different colour from the original, make sure they spray all the little bits and pieces that they usually forget....this was my experience. Sky. monty
Prices look about right, only the seats and the interior look a bit expensive. While you're at it, throw in an LPG installation (20,000 Baht, the Toyota engines are plenty powerfull anyways). You'll love filling up for 400 Baht and go over 400 km with a thank Oh, and skip the spray shops doing the work at the side of the road while the 10 wheel trucks are throwing up tons of dust Edited November 22, 2006 by monty
