PM believes Thai people understand draft charter well

Over 95% of Thai people have no understanding of the charter, most have never ever seen it let alone read it. But the word is  that ALL soldiers and police have been told to vote yes to both questions.

Please supply links to the independent research that supports your statement?

Or just more hot air again?

Well at least now we can surmise who Trump sees as a role model of honesty and transparency.

I know where 1,000's won't vote up in Issan. There is a very important monks funerial there and people from all over Thailand are all there, by the 1,000's. 5.000 the first day, 3,000 more from the Chaing Mai area today. They could give a damn less about the "vote".

I wouldn't matter which way they voted anyway.

Sadly no one around where I live in issan understand anything about it except the government tells them to vote yes

It is a very different type of democracy from what I am used to

Considering the staggering lack of general knowledge of the average Thai, I doubt many even know what a constitution is.

I think you'll find that most know that Constitution Day is a holiday.
