Probably a joke, villa, friendship, central, foodland, all pattaya supermarkets, etc... but be willing to pay a pretty penny for anything imported from outside of Asia.  Usually twice as much or astronomically higher!  

Anyone come across Beck's? Bar or retail?

Major German/Bavarian brands available even in upcountry malls (Central etc.).

But who knows what specialty the OP is looking for?

The Cove pub in Jomtien reckons that it has the largest selection of craft and draft beers in Pattaya. It's always seemed a bit soulless to me though.

At over 200 Baht a bottle - hardly a soul in there. !
