Calling All Chefs.... or even cooks

Looking for a place that sells " Shake and Bake"  preferably for chicken.   My usual place no longer carries.  For those that don't know, its a breading  used prior to frying.  Have tried Kasem's, Lotus, Makro, without any luck.

I believe Rim Ping carries it.....Also thought I noticed bread crumbs packaged too which could be used also & sold for chicken.....

 

Possibly remember bagged bread cumbs at a Big C.....

A Chef can substitute, , try Panko breadcrumbs.

 

How about Baker's Friend?

Make your own:-

• 3 cups bread crumbs
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp salt
• 1 tbsp dried onion flakes
• 3 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• ½ tsp dry parsley
• ½ tsp dry basil
• ½ tsp dry oregano

 

Bread crumbs sold here may be too coarse and require grinding down.
