Thirty veterans across the country will have houses built for them thanks to a donation from NagaWorld Casino yesterday. NagaCorp donated $130,793 to the Cambodia Veteran Association (CVA), $120,000 of which will go towards building 30 houses for veterans and $10,793 will go toward running the association.
 

Executive director of Nagacorp Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Chen Lip Keong said the donation was made to help those who had sacrificed for the nation. He said the company often tries to donate to positive social causes to give back to society, citing donations to universities, hospitals and libraries throughout villages in the Kingdom.
 

Secretary-general of the CVA General Kun Kim thanked Mr. Lip Keong for the donation and said the money would go a long way towards helping veterans who are now struggling to find places to live. “Mr. Lip Keong filled our association’s shortage with their donation so we can build 30 houses for veterans,” Gen. Kim said.
