On the Savannakhet Visa Application Form:

 

Question 1 asks for an address in Lao, do I just put the hotel address?

 

On question 2 there is not enough room for my true address, do they accept information on addendum pages?

 

Question 5, asks for details for a guarantor in Lao PDR, I don't have any guarantors in Lao, should I just write Non-Applicable, self or what?

 

1. Hotel address or leave it blank.

2. Just do the best you can to fit most of your address into the space. Just your Soi number or street name, city and province is enough.

5. Leave blank. That is only for Laotians applying.

do you think anybody will ever read what you write ?

sorry to jump in but i am going back to Savannakhet again soon.  Is there anyway to get the Laos immigration paper before i go?  Then I can have it filled in before i get there
