FACTS

90 day report due - before I went to UK - 07/08/16

Took holiday in UK during June / July 2016

Went to Immigration Khon Kaen on 07/08/16 for 90 day top up, told by "Information Officer" to report for 90 day on 04/10/16 due to return date in to Thailand.

QUESTION # 1

Is my 12 month renewal 'extension of stay' date due on 07/12/16 OR is it extended due to my trip out to the UK ???

QUESTION # 2 ( IF RENEWAL 12 MONTH IS ON 07/12/16 )

Can I apply for a multi exit / re-entry visa on 07/12/16 as is the normal case ??? ( my daughter visiting and wish to travel to Vietnam on 10th December return 13th December )

QUESTION # 3 ( IF RENEWAL 12 MONTHS DATE IS EXTENDED PAST 07/12/16 DUE TO PREVIOUS TIME OUTSIDE THAILAND IN JUNE / JULY )

Can I apply for multi exit / re-entry on my next 90 day top up on 04/10/16 to go to Vietnam on 10/12/16 return 13/12/16 ???

Many thanks in advance for any replies.

1. Leaving the country does not change the date your extension ends. You have to apply before the 7th of December. You can apply up to 30 days early.

2. As soon as you get your new extension stamp you can apply for a new re-entry permit.

3. Answered in #1.
