More free advertising for TAT. Come to Thailand and get your head kicked in by Thai thugs. One elderly British lady found that out not so long ago.

I will do my part in spreading the story.

Yeah, no blame ever on the Tourists, huh? I have seen literally hundreds of farangs acting like butt-holes, mostly after having too much to drink.

My personal favorite is this British Bouncer smashing this woman's head on the ground then attack a guy that' pleads with them to stop.  Many more action packed videos for your viewing pleasure...

Ok just one more.  mabey I am a Thai "apologist" after all :cheesy:

I promise the last more fun kicks in the head and face from non Thai bouncers.  Thanks for the laughs guys

Not quite sure what the legal background of the author of this article is.  Let me clarify...

"Assault" is verbal.

"Battery" is physical.

assault is just that, physical assault, I the Australian (English) system

No, Assault in the legal sense is causing a fear of physical harm, e.g if someone threatened to smash your face in and you had reason to believe that threat was real then that is assault.

Thailand is a safe place...until it is not.

And then it is very unsafe.

Even when "very unsafe", it's still safer than sh*t tons of other places, like Brazil, Rwanda, South Africa, Venezuela, etc.

Once again...so-called bouncers are lucky I wasn't around...they'll be bouncing alright
