Bangkok taxi driver pays small fine despite video that clearly shows him masturbating

A taxi driver escaped an indecent exposure charge and was fined gently after a female passenger caught him masturbating and took a video as evidence.

 

Seriously, masturbating to female passengers has become the new obsession of Bangkok taxi drivers, they like it almost as much as overcharging foreigners.

 

A video clip of a taxi driver not-so-secretly pleasuring himself while on the job was posted by Facebook user Jananya Detphung Tuesday, prompting transport authorities to take action.

They probably adhered to the juristic principle that the punishment should fit the crime, in this case after the motto, "'little willy, little fine". 

I do it all the time.

Let's see them spin this one. Wait.

Maybe they should add it to the don'ts while driving,using mobile phone,

texting,reading a newspaper, and having a J.Arthur Rank.

We're thinking along the same line. I figure the equipment must have been so small, they decided it could only be a minor offense.

I bet the female victim will be charged with posting "inappropriate video content" aka spreading the truth for aka defamation of Thailand's public world image.... wanna bet?

The ruling regime, which can not be sh-(n)amed think they can save face 4ever in an age of social media..... that's called FACE-Sanity

Well, obviously this has been deemed acceptable behaviour - if you've got an itch to scratch....then....

 

Lets just hope this craze doesn't spread to Motosai taxi drivers - it would be much harder for them to operate their vehicle one handed while trying to glance in their side view mirrors....haha

Taxi fare was 47 baht. She gave him 100 bt and said , " keep the change"

The video has had 1,331 views so far but no Like or Dislike yet.

 

Must have fined him by the inch.

He had an itch and had to tickle the itch. Also had tablets to help the problem.   Priceless explanation but still fined. This guy needs to be pulled out of driving taxi's and do some serious rehabilitation before he is able to serve the public again. 

I'm sure I read in the driving test theory booklet, something about driving one handed.

 

Didn't think too much about it at the time, I was too busy pulling one off.

2000 baht fine is not that small - he didn't injure anyone, what do people want for reparation of "offending" someone? death penalty?
