August 23, 20169 yr They were caught this time, because of a failure to communicate , maybe a defiance in tax payment coupled with outstanding survielance.
August 23, 20169 yr On the contrary- they were caught because someone communicated, and grassed them up. The police are too lazy and incompetent to figure this out on their own using solid investigation and surveillance practices.
