If I divorce my missus..when is my non O based on is cancelled straight away?

I am pretty sure it isn't affected, just can't obviously renew it if its based on marriage.

• If you have a valid non 'O' visa then it is not cancelled and can be used until it expires.
• If you have an extension of stay (not a visa) issued by immigration based on marriage it becomes void on the day your divorce is finalised. You should leave the country or arrange for an alternative extension of stay.
