Tawai
Dear all competent I thought it might be better to ask here rather than at CM immigration - I fear their answer would be a no, just to be sure no revenue would be lost. Situation: Having (had) a non immigrant B permission to stay until 23rd August with a multiple re-entry permit until the same day. Did apply for new extension on the 10th of August and got an "under consideration" stamp until the 22nd of September with a red stamp underneath saying " contact immigration before leaving the country". Here is my question: Is my re-entry valid until the 23rd of August as stamped in, or is it now invalid because of under consideration stamp? In case of being still valid, I could do a short trip to Mae Sai without having to be troubled with an extra single re-entry. thanks in advance
ubonjoe
You will need to get a single re-entry permit for the under consideration period that will be valid up to the report date on the stamp.
