I'm having a baby with my Thai partner on Saturday(we previously did a Buddah marriage but not the Tabian Rot). I'd like to get a 1 year support visa at this point. Currently, I have a 30 day on arrival stamp (usually I get the 90 day tourist visa but I missed the last boat in Mukdahan last trip). I understand that I need to first get an "O" visa. Can you tell me what I need to do to get this and what I'll eventually need to do to get the 1 year support visa?

Thanks for your help.

There is no longer a support visa extension. If you get married (legally) you can obtain an extension of stay from a tourist visa (with an extra step) or a non immigrant visa. Requirement is 40k baht per month family income for 3 months.
