As a cautionary reminder to those speculating;

- One does not look oneself if a chronic illness takes a turn for the worse. We see this with people with liver disease, diabetes etc.

- People who have had a minor stroke or heart attack certainly  do not act themselves. They can carry on for days not knowing they are   seriously ill until they collapse.

- People can be preoccupied with personal matters and seem off. They can be distracted and suffer an injury by tripping or falling etc.

I have no idea as to who this person is or what his condition is. I do believe we  owe him the basic courtesy of not making outlandish assumptions. I do hope he is still alive and that he is  soon located.

Forgive the speculation ....but we are also dealing with Thailand here.

The assumption that he is ill ....has a condition is as valid as him needing to quickly leave .

Fear and corrupt threats ....Blackmail ....authorities .....foul play.

With respect to next of Kin ....he may resurface .....it's happened before

Does anyone have an update on this mystery?  I read that he died on September 6, about a week after all the news reporting about him going missing.  After all the news and discussion what happened to this man?

Right, found the Webster Uni page but doesn't seem to be any info on the internet about what actually happened to him, where he was found, etc.

If this medical report is true, here's no question he was beaten to death, these could also be from a fall down a mountain, but he was found in a Hotel??  ................... maybe he was having an afair with a  girl from the Uni and the HISO father found out............RIP

But this is all very odd.  First he was missing for three weeks prior to death leaving his personal belongings at home.  Then he was seen around town.  Then instead of being home for those three weeks he was in a hotel room?  And then after in the hotel room for three weeks while everyone was searching for him he died?  And then this report?  Got me.

'Well I am looking at the case at the moment but if u are in Thailand you will need VPN to access my websites or you  can try later on my Facebook page'- Andrew Drummond. This however will take some time. The PM was taken from a full report dated Sept 9 from the Institute of Forensic Science, Bangkok Police Hospital. TV will;not approve post with name of websites. I do not have permission from family to post full documents as such but merely provided the PM so that posters on this site do not let their imaginations stray too far as is the norm.
