workpoint
I tried to find a shop around my place but i couldn't find a good green curry.. Some too soupy, slushy, watery and restless. Any suggestion? I lives around Prompong. Thanks .
Dmaxdan
I can't help you with your search, but from my experience when Thais cook green curry for themselves it is pretty much as you describe. If you want something more to a western palate, then you probably need to go somewhere a bit more up market. On some restaurant menus it is listed under soup, not curry.
