I see some of the same great doctors showing up at the newer "World Medical Center" that are also at Bumrungrad. Hoping for a break in the bill shock department. Anyone have any comparative pricing info?

No idea re World Medical Center, but most of the doctors at Bumrungrad are at other private hospitals as well, often less expensive ones.

However, since doctors in private hospitals set their own fees the main cost difference will be in the hospital surcharge, and fees for diagnostic tests if it is just an out patient visit - the doctor fee likely will be the same wherever. (I don't mention drugs as these should never be bought at a hospital pharmacy unless you need a controlled substance - most meds can be bought over the counter here and hospital mark-ups are enormous).

 

Identify the doctor you want and google to see what hospitals s/he is at.

To provide a price guide from Chulabkorn hospital for comparison. A very modern efficient hospital  specialising in cancer but also performs normal screening.
