I suggest you separate design from hosting, so you control both.

Like get your own website, then hire someone locally to design it.

Websites are cheap. For example check out www.totalchoicehosting.com

If you expect a lot of content additions or updstes, consider getting a content management system installed so you can easily change content yourself with about the same minimum effort it takes to write ThaiVisa posts here.

For example: http://www.joomla.org/

I set those things up as part of my job, but then I'm not cheap.
