I was recently reading a lot about only being able to stay in the kingdom for 3 lots of 30 days and then having to leave the country for 90 days before being allowed back for a further period of 90 days. Now I dont see anything about it. Anyone know whats happening? Anyone help with this?

It has not gone away if that is what you mean. There are question about it every day here. It only applies to entry without visa exemptions so those with valid visas are not affected.
