Hi a friend is going to Savankhet tomorrow to apply for a Non O based on marriage

 

Is this what he needs and can someone confirm that he does not have to show proof of funds?

 

Original marriage certificate

- 1 copy of marriage certificate -

1 copy of my passport photo page signed by me -

1 copy of my wife’s ID card, signed and dated by my wife -

1 copy of my wife’s Blue Book (Tabian Ban) signed and dated by my wife -

5000 Baht visa fee

List is correct. No financial proof will be needed.

I have another question if I may.... My flight gets me into Ubon at 08:10 tomorrow morning. Is there any way I can hand in my application form on the same day in Savannakhet?

You will not be able to do your application tomorrow. They stop giving out numbers at 11 am.
