Ideological crap.

Germany IW study (30.04.2016) : The AFD is a party of high earners and educated.
The Alternative for Germany (AfD) is a party of the better-off. 33.9 percent of all AFD sympathizers belonging to the richest fifth of the population, less than ten percent of the AFD-Followers are very worried about their personal economic situation. This emerges from a study by the Institute of German Economy in Cologne (IW Köln).

Educate yourself first!

What time period did the study cover? The party sifted "to right of centre" mid 2015 by focusing on issues such as migration, Islam and strengthening ties to Russia. Some of the original leaders resigned due to the rise of xenophobic and pro-Russian sentiments in the party and established a new party, ALFA.

many of your fellow afd supporters have gone to incredible length here to point out and 'proof' that the afd is NOT far right and you try to defuse my post about the mental state of the far right by posting statistics about afd supporters?

what a bright button you must be...:cheesy:

Is AfD a flash in the pan ?

No.

Next door in France it would appear that next years General election will be between the right wing and Sarkozy, who it appears is becoming more right wing as the weeks go by.

French president François Hollande would be crushed if he stood for re-election next year, according to an opinion poll published on Tuesday.

The figures suggest the runoff would be contested between the conservative Republicans party and the far-right Front National, a scenario last seen in 2002.

Something in the water or is there a tangible explanation for the rise of the right ?
