New Requirement for Retirement Extension Koh Samui

I have heard a rumour that a Health Certifacte is now required at Samui Immigration for the retirement extension.

 

Can anyone confirm this and if so can one get the certificate from any hospital or must it be the government hospital in Nathon?

 

I've also heard that the IO is moving to Mae Nam "next month". Again anyone got confirmation of that?

 

If both of these rumours are true I will still have to make my annual trek to Nathon even after immigration has moved.....typical!
