There was a thread on here some time ago highlighting the poor service of the staff (unable to locate the thread).

 

As I was quick enough to weigh in at the time and give my view on the poor service.

 

I think it only fair to post this. I've just returned from O' Gara's.

As soon as I walked in, I was met by a smiling waitress saying hello.

 

On choosing a newspaper I sat down and the young lad was there handing me a menu and standing there waiting to take the order.

 

The service wasn't just good it was immediate. A very pleasant experience, congratulations to the Manager.

 

Just one tiny gripe, the small B'fast is crying out for at least one slice of toast,

even at the loss of one of the other ingredients.  

 

 

You can't locate that rant thread because it seems been deleted (on Google but creating an error code in TV).

Another thread from September is something "sponsored".

Am I right in recalling that the manager posted on the old thread and promised improvements? Hats off to him for being true to his word. The power of TVF!!
