Hi, i have just got my yellow tax ticket after 18 months of working and its my 10th month on work permit. What do i do with it to get proof of the tax paid for one year as i have earned over the 40,000 a month average? Also what is the name of the accompanying forms i have to fill out, they were quite detailed but i cant remember the name of them. Can anyone recommend someone in Pattaya to help me fill them out?

You started working on the day your work permit was issued.

 

Proof of tax paid is supplied by your employer.

 

You can complete a PND91 at the end of the year to ascertain your tax position.

What are you wanting  the forms for. It seems you may be asking about applying for an extension of stay based upon marriage.

There is only one form you have to completed and that is a TM7 application form.

You also do not have to wait until you have a year of income to apply for the extension.

You just need to show proof of tax payments for the past 2 or 3 months and your work permit to apply for for an extension of stay based upon marriage using you income to meet the 40k baht income requirement.
