Nothing illegal. Business partner and myself used one of several companies advertising fast track services on the internet for early afternoon arrival at Suvarnabhumi a couple of weeks ago (not the same one linked by Maestro). Met at arrival gate, golf buggy to Immigration (optional extra) and walked through Immigration. We dispensed of their services at the baggage carousel as Mrs NL was waiting with onward transportation on the other side of Customs. We were just seeking to avoid the long walk as our carrier used the furthest gates and also avoid getting stuck behind a tour group at Immigration or a double A380 arrival.

Do you mean at the airport or at offices when doing business there? There are "fast track" services at both...for airport immigration you can buy meet and great services for about 3000 baht for both ways...just good "fast track" and for offices, if you use an agent, they can often expidite your paperwork for a fee.
