Health has been brought to the forefront of the US election campaign

NEW YORK: -- Following the release of Hillary Clinton’s pneumonia diagnosis, her opponent Donald Trump has promised to disclose detailed results of his recent medical examination.

“In fact, this week I took…this last week I took a physical and I’ll be releasing when the numbers come in. Hopefully they’re going to be good. I think they’re going to be good. I feel great. But when the numbers come in, I’ll be releasing very, very, very specific numbers,” he told Fox News.

The Republican wished his Democrat rival a speedy recovery.

‘Basket of deplorables’

At an event in the state of Maryland on Monday, Trump once again reacted to Clinton’s remark that half his supporters are “a basket of deplorables.” His opponent expressed “regret” a day after making the comment.

“You cannot run for president if you have such contempt in your heart for the American voter and she does. You can’t lead this nation if you have such a low opinion of its citizens,” he told people at the Baltimore rally.

Who is winning?

But it seems not everyone agrees with him. Most opinion polls up until Sundaysuggested Clinton still had the edge in the presidential race. While the so-called soft opening of a Trump hotel in Washington drew a crowd protesting against his policies.

Could we include psychiatric exams? I'm serious. See how well Trump fits into "antisocial personality disorder" and narcissist (about half way down). DSM IV & V personality disorder description

Please stay on topic.

Trump finally decides to release medical details of his check-up on the cusp of Hillary's bout with pneumonia.  What an amazing coincidence.  Even more 'amazing' how every election strategy is saturated with opportunism.

Hillary, don't count on a get-well card from a Trump Tower address.

His tax return is to follow, I presume?

He did already: his doctor said, Trumps health is tremendous, he will be the most healthy president ever to hold office!

And his penis is huuuuuuuusch , too!

Next to eachother on TVF: 'Trump vows' and 'Assad vows'. I don't know who to trust most.

On the day Trump made a speech, possibly starting a war because of some gesture, the issue in the news  is about  when a candidate felt a little unwell.  Trump campaign never produced anything about his health other than a scribbled note about the psychos physical health. what about disclosure on other important issues such as Tax Returns? oops Trumps gone quiet on that.

He hasn't been able to release his medical records thus far because presumably they are being audited.

Trump and Clinton both must have run out of things to talk about when the main topic of discussion is health and age.

Reagan was the Oldest President to ever take Office and he was 81 years old when he did. Since he stayed for 2 Terms he was 89 years old when he Retired. Nobody questioned his age or health then, so I don't see the big deal.

^ actually, he was 70 when he started, but your point still stands.  There should be more emphasis on wisdom and judgement and less on physical strength and energy.
