TheSiemReaper Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 I'm off to Vientiane tomorrow to sort out my ED-Visa and while I have all the paperwork ready - I don't know what form I am supposed to fill in to apply. You can get a copy of the form free from inside the embassy but if you submit the one at the link above - you'll have to do what I did and fill in a new form.
