chris_samui Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 I arrived back in Thailand on 01 July 2016.I have a new passport, and arrival card, also a new retirement extension.Normally i can report starting today, but can not get to the second page of the reporting website.Is this because the new passport and arrival card?Should i go in person to imm.I always did it online without problems (old passport). ubonjoe Posted September 13, 2016 Share Posted September 13, 2016 If you entered the country with your new passport and got the arrival card you are using to do the application it should not be problem to do the application.
