I arrived back in Thailand on 01 July 2016.

I have a new passport, and arrival card, also a new retirement extension.

Normally i can report starting today, but can not get to the second page of the reporting website.

Is this because the new passport and arrival card?

Should i go in person to imm.

I always did it online without problems (old passport).

If you entered the country with your new passport and got the arrival card you are using to do the application it should not be problem to do the application.

I assume you are getting the report to you local office message when you submit the first page.
