tonymontana32
Does anyone know if it's possible for me to go and apply for my 7 year old daughters Thai passport? I have copies of the tabien baan, copy of mothers ID card and Thai birth certificate original? Also need to think about applying for her Thai ID card now as she is 7 so the same question applies for this? Thanks in advance Edited September 16, 2016 by tonymontana32
kwonitoy
For my son's Canadian and Thai passports they both wanted mother and father to sign the application, or show reason why they both cannot sign. In my case I have sole custody of my son granted by the Thai courts, I showed this document when applying for the Thai passport and got it without a problem. Same paper but translated to english for the Canadian one. In your case you can try but expect to be asked for some sort of paperwork from the mother or legal papers showing why she can't/isn't there.
