I'd almost want to say 1000 baht fine and two years suspended sentence, but that would only be if the guy was someone with influence, which he apparently is not. So for someone with no influence, given the crimes, maybe a couple years in prison followed by a release under some circumstances -- despite what the actual sentencing guidelines are in the laws regarding murder. Or maybe he's just found crazy and put away in a mental hospital for a few years until he's found to have been "rehabilitated."
