Sometimes you do need to get the at the hospital but it's always worthwhile to ask the doctor if s/he'll just write down what you need then go off and buy them yourself.

Yes that is their problem. (as long as you get your money and your premiums don't go uup too much)

Covered through my employer, so premiums aren't my problem. 

 

Tried to be a nice guy, do the responsible thing and save them a little money.  They rejected the claim.  I'll play their game.
