Child Rapist Gets Six Years

A 17-year-old high school student accused of raping a six-year-old girl in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district in January was convicted by the Phnom Penh Municipal Court and sentenced to six years in prison on Friday. Judge Seng Leang said Sar Sambath, from Prek Tasek commune, was charged with “rape with aggravating circumstances” under article 241 of the Criminal Code.
 

“The court has ordered the parents of the accused to pay four million riel [about $1,000] in compensation to the plaintiff in the case,” judge Leang said. According to the police report, on the afternoon of January 27, Mr. Sambath persuaded a six-year-old girl, who lived near him in the same village, to come to his home and play games on his Samsung smartphone.
 

Once the girl was in his home playing on the cell phone, he held her down and raped her. The victim’s parents called the police immediately when the girl came home and told them what happened. He was arrested by police on the same day.

 A proper punishment is castration and a early release.

So, can we dissolve this sorry excuse of a Homo Sapiens in acid, on mutual agreement then? Wasn't allowed to do it with that crazed hacksaw guy, too many "innocent until proven guilty" guys... But this one certainly is a goer, no? I get me old bathtub in the cellar ready then...
