Kabula
When changing your address from one Province to another, do you fill out form TM 28? What copies do you have to attach to it if any? Can you mail it in or do you have to go in person and which office do you go to? The Immigration office in the Province you are moving to? Do you have to notify the local Police Dept. as the form says? If you were applying for a retirement extension of stay in the new Province at the same time when do you present the change of address form, before or after? Kwasaki
Personally l would move in first then go to the immigration office of that province and take it from there, the immigration officers will help you with everything.
