, I live in nonthaburi and don't want to have to go to the main immigration headquarters. Isn't there an immigration office I can go to near talingchan? Thank you for your replies

Do you live in Ket (district) Taling Chan?

If maps don't fool me this is part of Bangkok not Nonthaburi.

 

You have no freedom to select an immigration office.

And from what I read in the forum Nonthaburi is quite awkward?

So be happy to deal with professionals in Chaeng Wattana.

Sorry, no immigration office in Khet Talingchan (and I live in Talingchan).  People living in Bangkok must use the main office at Chaeng Wattana unless they just want to do a 90 day address report in person then they could use two other offices in Bangkok which are further/equal distance away as the crow flies or the vehicle drives from Nonthaburi/Talingchan.  Well, there is one other office in Bangkok for folks on special business related visas/extension.   Since you live in Nonthaburi you must use that office....you can not use a Bangkok office. 

 

Wish I could use the Nonthaburi immigration office from a "distance to it from my Bangkok home standpoint" since it's a short distance from Khet Talingchan (i.e., Talingchan and Nonthaburi border each other)....but I can't as I must use a Bangkok office.

The only office I know of in Nonthburi; is located in the middle of a rice field. It is across from the new shopping mall.

Central Westgate. It is 10 minute drive from there. And yes, it is in the middle of a rice field.

Nonthaburi is a great immigration office if you can use it. Small friendly and very quick

I needed to cancel my existing non O visa, and since that was obtained at changwatana, I had to go back there.... ?
