Passport forgery and body in the freezer case: Suspect took “close friend for cremation" to Huay Kwang temple

BANGKOK: -- In a latest twist in the case of the foreigners arrested for forging passports who had a cut up body in the freezer it has been discovered that one of the suspects took a "close friend" to be cremated at a temple a month before he was arrested.

National police chief: traffic condition has improved in city

BANGKOK: -- Traffic condition in Bangkok has improved with motorists being able to shorten their normal travelling time by car by between 30-45 minutes on average, Pol Gen Chakthip Chaichinda, the national police chief, claimed on Monday after ten days of campaign launched by the police to solve traffic congestion problem in the city.

Dr Wisanu insists the government did not rush to seize Ms Yingluck’s assets
