It's not a drawn trailer but a semi-trailer (fifth wheel) and you see in the video the tractor unit stop without drama so speed was not excessive. Unsafe coupling to the tractor.

go to dangeroustrailers.org in the United States one person a day is now killed by these defective trailers.....wake up....loose trailers kills innocent people and my own government goes after us for trying to save lives.  The Henrico County Police Department keeps trying to stop our life saving efforts....why?  Why do they care how much time I spend on trying to save lives?   Since 1975 in the United States alone...over 20,000 dead By theses defective towing systems.

( Driver could have been going too fast, saw his uturn late, breaks and turns right and trailer travels left...maybe )
