i need to be on dmk airport by 10.20 am

im in pattaya.

does anyone knows if the north pattaya road bus terminal has 5am or 6 am buses leaving pattaya to bkk airport?

I just did a Google search. The best I could find was a reference to an 8:00 a.m. departure. I think you would be best advised to go to the North Pattaya bus station in advance, and check for yourself. A 6:00 a.m.departure to Morchit (the earliest likely, I would guess), would put you at Morchit at about 8:00 a.m. A taxi or combination of taxi and local bus from there would put you at Don Meuang at about 9:00 a.m.

I'm not aware of any bus service from the Pattaya North to DMK. The first Bangkok bus leaves at 0430, to either Ekamai or Mo Chit.

Taking a taxi from Mo Chit Terminal to DMK is very easy. It's about 20-30 minutes, and roughly 150 baht.

Be aware that the bus you want to get on maybe full, and you'll have to wait for a subsequent bus. I recommend arriving at the bus station 30 min. before the time you want to depart.

Bell bus goes from Pattaya North station to BKK.  Earliest bus leaves at 0600.  Should be plenty of time then to take a taxi from BKK to DMK or the BKK to DMK shuttle, although I am not sure of the BKK to DMK shuttle times.

Or you could pay about $30 and get a taxi directly....

I was going to make a post asking how much it would cost to get a taxi from Pattaya to the DM airport, but didn't bother because I was expecting people to tell me how much it would cost by bus.
